A short animated identity for a fictional podcast about work and careers.
My role: Composition, animation and sound design
The idea
A podcast identity needs to introduce the show clearly and make room for the conversation. Career Notes is a fictional podcast created for this study, with the line “Conversations about work.” It is not an existing client or a claim of a commissioned branding project.
How the motion helps
A simple audio motif leads into the wordmark, followed by the topic line and a readable hold. The movement is deliberately compact so it could sit before an interview without becoming a long introduction. Air, contact, and tonal cues share the sound family used in the other studies, timed to this shorter reveal. The gallery preview is muted.
My contribution
Identity concept, native vector and type animation, sound placement, and export in EffectCraft and FilmCraft. This is a Practice project. Presentation reference: Ordinary Folk — TED Intro Animation; its assets were not copied.
